The refurbishment of The Riverbanks was undertaken to a premium quality, with a focus on enhancing natural light, flexibility and comfort, with innovative design. The final stage of the project was completed late 2019 and comprised of a rooftop extension, offering high spec office space with enviable views, a full re-paint of the building exterior and installation of exterior louvres to the northern and southern elevations and part of the Victoria Street frontage.
