London State Building
This project, completed in late-2017, comprises the redevelopment of the former State and Carlton Theatre buildings. The building was originally constructed in the early 1930s as the State Theatre and operated until the early 1990s when it under went a substantial redevelopment for a local real estate agency.
The property now encompasses a three level commercial building situated on the corner of Victoria and London Streets, within Hamilton’s commercial precinct. It is a well-established location offering a high profile from Victoria Street and easy vehicular access for staff and customers alike. The building provides a total lettable area of 1,250 sqm, split across five tenancies, together with secure onsite parking.
As with all our commercial developments, Stark Property delivered turn-key office solutions for all tenancies within the building.
