NZ Blood Development
Stark Property is proud to have partnered with the New Zealand Blood Service to design and build a new facility for their Waikato Donor Centre.
The purpose-built development is situated on a high profile CBD site at the corner of Anglesea and London Streets providing visual prominence and strong branding for New Zealand Blood. The building has been designed to accommodate a ground and first floor national office, meeting rooms and staffroom, as well as logistics facilities. Level two accommodates the Donor Centre, encompassing 950 sqm of A-grade accommodation, offering donors an attractive outlook across the CBD.
