Mezz Box

The Mezz Box, sitting atop the Riverbank Lane, is a multi-award-winning rooftop addition, which offers well-designed premium office accommodation with unparalleled views of the adjoining Victoria on the River park, the Waikato River and surrounding suburbs.

The structure of the building was constructed on the carpark below and craned into place before internal fit out works were completed in-situ.

Sitting in a prime location cantilevering out towards theWaikato River, it is an office destination like no other in Hamilton.

This distinguished project was fortunate to receive;

The Mezz Box is an elegant addition that fulfils its commercial function, enhances the existing building and makes a commend able contribution to the public realm of a new urban park. The project is imaginative and well-considered, and should prompt reconsideration of the relationship of the Hamilton CBD and the city’s outstanding natural asset – theWaikato River.
