Tūāpapa comprises three distinct buildings along Ward Street and on the corner of Tristram Street.

The premium grade buildings are proposed to be constructed over three stages. This mixed-use development will include up to 8,300 sqm of premium office space across two buildings with covered and secured on-site parking, high-end retail and hospitality tenancies and an accommodation building. Linking paths across a garden terrace connect the precinct to the activity of Ward Street and the Wintec campus.
