Block C

Forming part of the vibrant Made development in Hamilton East and perched above the eastern banks of the Waikato River, Block C is a four-level office redevelopment project which was completed in early 2023. The building delivers approximately 1,600 sqm of commercial floorspace, with each level providing a unique outlook across Made towards the river.  

The regenerative rebuild and fitout process included the installation of new double glazing, all new internal services and modern office fitout together with upgraded entry lobby and amenities to deliver high quality workspaces for our tenants.

Linking into the Made market development offers tenants staff and their customers a boutique experience within a bustling hub of retailers, foodies, creators and artisan vendors.
